    Yes. Apart from Malaysia, HR365 solutions have been implemented in Singapore, Philippines, China, Indonesia and Singapore.

  1. How do you support current clients?

    We use the JIRA system where current clients can key in their requests and these are promptly attended to by our tech support and consultants. If the matter is urgent, clients should get in touch with the person-in-charge of the account.

  2. How long does implementation take?

    On-premise implementation would depend on the modules purchased. As a rule of thumb, HR365 will try to keep solution implementation within 5 working days.


Cloud Solutions & Subscription

  1. What is the Cloud version of solutions?

    With our cloud-enabled solution, there is no need to install hardware or an IT personnel to set-up the system to start using the purchased modules. Once the necessary login credentials have been created, all you need to do is login and begin performing tasks.

  2. Is HR365 Cloud secure?

    Yes. We take all the necessary measures to secure your data, be it on-premise or Cloud.

  3. How flexible are the HR365 Cloud subscriptions?

    Subscribers can stop subscription when their property project ends, and get in touch with us to restart when there’s a new project on-hand.

  4. How fast can HR365 Cloud solutions be activated?

    Upon purchase of modules, subscription-based Cloud solutions can be activated within 2 work days.

  5. What happens when there is an upgrade version to a subscribed module?

    Latest versions will be reflected in the system automatically. There is no need for any external upgrades.
